Free Sports Physicals!

Doctor's Medical Center will be offering FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS for all interested student athletes on July 11th, 2023.

Location: Gregori High School ‐ 3701 Pirrone Rd. Modesto, CA

Time: 10 AM -11:30 AM

A parent or guardian will need to attend with a student to sign papers at the time of the physical.

 Please note, if you do not attend this date, you will need to go to your own primary doctor to get a SPORTS PHYSICAL (well child visits DO NOT COUNT). These must be dated after June 1, 2023 in order to accept them.

Sports Offered as of 5/1/23: Girls & Boys Volleyball, Girls & Boys Basketball, Girls & Boys Soccer, Flag Football, Track & Field, Girls Softball

Un padre o tutor deberá asistir con un estudiante para firmar documentos en el momento de la fisico.
