Dear Marshall Mustang Families and Students,
Welcome to the 2023-2024 School year! I wanted to share that parents will be allowed on campus only for the arrival on Monday, August 7, 2023. Our gates will open at 7:50 am, please come on campus to walk your child to class. In addition, please make sure students bring their devices fully charged. With that said, beginning Tuesday, August 8, 2023 parents will be asked to drop students off at the designated gates. Parents are welcome to come onto campus to meet with teachers if they have a scheduled meeting with a teacher or staff member. Parents will need to scan identification through our Raptor system in the front office, as per our school and district policies. This will ensure student safety.
The following procedures will be followed for arrival of students in the morning starting Tuesday, August 8:
TK/Kinder and 1st grade will enter through the front gate closest to the corner of Sutter and Elsie St.
2nd-4th grade will enter through the back gate facing Hudson Ln
5th-6th grade will enter through the “chute” gate in front of the cafeteria next to the garden.
All students riding the bus and Specialized Learning classroom students will enter through the bus gate on Elsie St
The following procedures will be followed during dismissal:
TK/Kinder and 1st grade will be dismissed through the front gate closest to the corner of Sutter and Elsie
2nd-4th grade will be dismissed through the back gate facing Hudson Ln
5th-6th grade will be dismissed through the “chute” gate in front of the cafeteria next to the garden
All students riding the bus and Specialized Learning classroom students will exit through the bus gate on Elsie St
If there are students who are in 2nd-6th grade with TK/Kinder-1st grade siblings, they will be asked to exit through the gate closest to the corner of Sutter and Elsie St and accompany the younger siblings. All students in this situation will be released once a parent has arrived to pick them up.

Estimadas familias y estudiantes de Marshall Mustang,
¡Bienvenidos al año escolar 2023-2024! Quería compartir que los padres podrán ingresar al campus solo para la llegada el lunes 7 de agosto de 2023. Nuestras puertas se abrirán a las 7:50 am, venga al campus para acompañar a sus hijos a clase. Además, asegúrese de que los estudiantes traigan sus computadoras completamente cargadas. Dicho esto, a partir del martes 8 de agosto de 2023 se les pedirá a los padres que dejen a los estudiantes en las puertas designadas. Los padres pueden venir al campus para reunirse con los maestros si tienen una reunión programada con un maestro o miembro del personal. Los padres deberán escanear una identificación a través de nuestro sistema Raptor en la oficina principal, según las políticas de nuestra escuela y distrito. Esto garantizará la seguridad de los estudiantes.
Se seguirán los siguientes procedimientos para la llegada de los estudiantes por la mañana a partir del martes 8 de agosto:
TK/Kinder y 1er grado entrarán por la puerta principal más cercana a la esquina de Sutter y Elsie St.
Los grados 2.º a 4.º entrarán por la puerta trasera que da a Hudson Ln
Los grados 5º y 6º entrarán por la puerta del "chute" frente a la cafetería al lado del jardín.
Todos los estudiantes que viajen en el autobús y los estudiantes del salón de clases de aprendizaje especializado entrarán por la puerta del autobús en Elsie St.
Durante el despido se seguirán los siguientes procedimientos:
TK/Kinder y 1er grado saldrán por la puerta principal más cercana a la esquina de Sutter y Elsie
Los grados 2.º a 4.º saldrán por la puerta trasera que da a Hudson Ln.
Los alumnos de 5.º y 6.º grado saldrán por la puerta del "chute" frente a la cafetería al lado del jardín.
Todos los estudiantes que viajen en el autobús y los estudiantes del salón de clases de aprendizaje especializado saldrán por la puerta del autobús en Elsie St.
Si hay estudiantes que están en 2° a 6° grado con hermanos de TK/Kinder a 1° grado, se les pedirá que salgan por la puerta más cercana a la esquina de Sutter y Elsie St y acompañen a los hermanos menores. Todos los estudiantes en esta situación serán liberados una vez que un padre haya llegado para recogerlos.
