Hanshaw's April School Site Council meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 17th at 8am in the Hanshaw Library. We will be discussing ideas for our 2024-25 School Plan for Student Achievement.

Congratulations to our February Attendance Award winner!!!

Congratulations to Hanshaw Middle School's January attendance incentive winner, Reyna Cacho!!! Hanshaw challenged students to return to school on our scheduled return date of January 8th. Every day that week that a student was at school, they earned an entry into a raffle for a Nintendo Switch Lite. Congratulations again to Reyna Cacho!

Don't forget - Wednesday, January 24th is a Minimum Day for Teacher Collaboration! Hanshaw dismissal is at 1:48.

It's the most wonderful time of the year! The holiday season is upon us and it's time to spread some cheer. Next week, we will be celebrating the holidays for five whole days. So, get ready to dress up and show off your holiday spirit! We are excited to announce that we will be holding a photo contest during the holiday celebration. Dress up in the theme of the day, snap a photo, and text it to Hanshaw’s yearbook team at 209-312-7838 to enter the contest. We will be awarding prizes each day, so be sure to bring your A-game! This is the perfect opportunity to show off your creativity and spread some holiday cheer. Let's make this holiday celebration one to remember!

Our First Friday celebration is happening this week in B101! Don't forget to show your school pride by wearing Burgundy, Black, or Grey! Also, if your birthday is in December, come to the birthday table in B101 for your birthday gift from leadership.

Hey, hey, hey! Ready for some winter magic? This Friday is the Winter Wonderland Dance, and it's going to be snow-tastic! Trust us; you won't want to miss it! Tickets are only $4, and you can grab them during lunchtime on Wednesday through Friday. Don't wait until the last minute and miss out!
